Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Voluntary 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 60-day return guarantee from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied, we will refund the full purchase price. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Returning the Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at habiify.work@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will send a free replacement or refund the purchase price.
