Terms of Service

1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern all contracts concluded between ALRINE (hereinafter "we", "us") and the customer (hereinafter "you") via our online shop. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.

These terms apply to consumers and business customers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.

We confirm receipt of your order by email immediately after it is placed. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. The contract is concluded when we send a separate order confirmation or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately during the ordering process before you submit your order.

5. Payment
Payment methods available are shown during checkout. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless otherwise agreed. If you are in default of payment, we are entitled to charge default interest at the statutory rate.

6. Delivery
Delivery takes place to the shipping address you provide. Stated delivery times are estimates and begin on the day after your payment instruction, unless a different date is stated on the product page.

If we are unable to deliver because the product is unavailable through no fault of our own, we will inform you without delay and refund any payments already made immediately.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. Details, including our voluntary 60-day satisfaction guarantee, are set out in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. If the goods are defective, you are entitled to subsequent performance, and where the legal requirements are met, to reduce the price, withdraw from the contract or claim damages.

Defects must be reported to habiify.work@gmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs.

10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, and under the Product Liability Act.

In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation — an obligation whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on whose observance you may regularly rely. In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract.

Any further liability is excluded.

11. Product Information
Our products are aids for everyday mobility. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness. Statements on our website are for general information only and do not replace medical advice. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

12. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

14. Severability
Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
